The included PowerKnead spiral hook has a powerful punching and rolling action which replicates hand kneading to create superb bread and other yeast dough without arm ache.

The 10 speed slide controls on the KP26M1X allow you to perform a very fast whip to a very slow stir and it also has a Soft Start function which gives gentle acceleration to the speed you selected to avoid spattering or clouds of flour as you begin mixing.

An electronic speed sensor means that consistent mixing speed is maintained when you add ingredients while mixing. (Easy with the included pouring shield).

The KP26M1X has commercial-style motor protection too. The mixer motor automatically shuts off when overload is detected.
